These Terms apply to the purchase, licensing, download and use of Slow Downer.
By purchasing or activating Slow Downer, you agree to these Terms.
Slow Downer is desktop audio-processing software designed to change the duration of audio while preserving pitch and to provide related audio-processing functionality.
The currently supported operating systems, audio formats and technical requirements are stated on the Slow Downer product page.
Slow Downer is supplied electronically as downloadable software. No physical product is supplied.

Where the checkout allows it, you may choose to pay a different amount.
The amount you select at checkout becomes the purchase price, subject to any minimum amount supported by the payment service.
Unless otherwise stated before purchase, choosing a different price does not change the licence rights you receive.

A Slow Downer purchase provides a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Slow Downer.
A single licence may be activated on up to three computers at the same time.
An activation may be revoked from within Slow Downer, allowing that activation to be used on another computer.
The licence is perpetual, unless a different licence term is explicitly stated before purchase.
The licence does not expire merely because a new version of Slow Downer is released.
Your licence key is intended for your own use.

Slow Downer may connect to a Breathing Statue licensing server operated through the Breathing Statue online infrastructure.

Audio processing takes place locally on your computer.
Breathing Statue does not claim ownership of audio processed with Slow Downer.
You may use audio processed with Slow Downer for both personal and commercial purposes, including music releases, films, games, performances, sound design and other creative work.
You remain responsible for having sufficient rights to the original material you process.
Using Slow Downer does not grant copyright or other rights to material that you did not otherwise have permission to use.
Slow Downer may use third-party or open-source software components.
Those components remain subject to their respective licences where applicable.
Breathing Statue claims rights only to material and software components for which those rights belong to Ilari Ahti Halonen.
Slow Downer may receive bug fixes, compatibility improvements and new functionality.
Necessary updates required under applicable consumer or digital-content law will be provided in accordance with those legal requirements.
Additional feature updates and future major versions are not guaranteed to be free unless explicitly stated.

Current Slow Downer releases may be distributed without an operating-system code-signing certificate.

Audio processing may alter or create audio files.
You should retain backup copies of important original files.
Breathing Statue recommends processing copies of important recordings rather than keeping the only existing copy of a recording as a working file.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, price-reduction or termination rights depending on their location and the circumstances of the purchase.
Special rules apply to digital content supplied electronically.
Where applicable law permits the withdrawal right for digital content to end when immediate delivery begins, this will only apply where the legally required consent and acknowledgment have been obtained.

Slow Downer is an audio-processing application and its operation intentionally changes audio data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breathing Statue is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by misuse, unsupported system configurations or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by law.
A Slow Downer licence may be revoked where:
